In New York, like in Paris, people love to dine out. One of my new favorite spots right now in Manhattan is Navy. It has incredible food – simple recipes executed in exciting ways, using super fresh produce. Even the avocado toast looks like a work of art (recipe for this will be up later today!).
The other day, we stopped by to meet with Camille who is the co-owner and chef. Her style is so cool and original. She has a very practical approach (she’s a busy woman!) but always looks chic, and that’s something I see carried through in the interiors of the restaurant.
